- Launched Zulily’s vendor-paid marketing program & worked with LEGO to design paid ads that drove $20,000 demand in a week, twice the target amount!- Evolved the look & feel of outgoing creative to better tell stories & reflect the recent brand refresh. This includes re-designing Zulily’s emails, sent daily to 12 mil + subscribers- Presented campaigns to executive leadership weekly and worked collaboratively with designers, creative directors, marketers, copy writers, program managers & front end engineers-Design & art direction for campaigns such as Zulily's Referrals Program, Clearance & income driving paid ad campaigns- Used data, A/B testing & heat maps to iterate on creative, thereby boosting the demand & performance of email & paid ad campaigns - Led projects from concept to launch & introduced post-campaign reviews to collectively analyze results & learnings

Following an international relocation from Cape Town, South Africa to Seattle USA, I worked freelance on digital & UX design, mainly on a website for a pre-school. When not getting to know the beautiful Pacific Northwest or trying out American diners, I completed Google's Professional UX Design Certificate to learn more about the users I design for.
