Since qualifying, I have worked and assisted in a variety of studios, as well as my own business, encompassing 1:1 and group equipment classes, mat classes and faster paced group reformer sessions. I work with a diverse range of clients, from highly active individuals with a performance focus, to those looking for postural improvements, general strength and conditioning, body confidence, rehabilitation and specialist groups, such as pre/ post-natal.

This is a varied role for an independent business, involving:-Project Management of Wordpress website, appearance, design and launch. -Web content and marketing management; building and managing email marketing campaigns, blogs and social media posts and promotions.-Designing and implementing advertisements and mailouts using Photoshop, Canva, Hootsuite and Mailchimp.-Highest level customer service and liaison, maintaining brand integrity and maximising customer loyalty.-Personal Assistant and support to the Director; managing day to day office running.

Production: Managed all aspects of Production, including sourcing of materials, factory sourcing and production allocation, price negotiation, costing, manufacturing, fitting/ garment tech, quality control, shipping and distribution. Always working to secure the best prices without affecting quality. Working closely with factories to ensure ethical trading standards and fair labour. Buying & Merchandising: Range building and review, allocation of website units and setting RRP's for UK, EU & USA. Setting sale prices and promotions for the website and social media platforms, along with other online retailers such as Achica and Zulily. Website and Social Media:Managed our own website and also sales channels such as Amazon.co.uk. Creating product profiles and uploading/ updating the products, pricing, setting promotions etc to drive sales. Sales:Arranging and attending meetings with retailers and boutiques, including John Lewis and Selfridges, to secure sales outlets. Attending trade fairs, such as Bubble London and Playtime Paris to showcase product and secure new trade customers. Planning and participating in direct selling and sales events.

- Responsible for buying for the Baby Boy and Toddler Sleepwear areas, while continuing to assist the Buying Manager on Newborn and Baby Girl, covering in excess of +200 styles each season. - Performing sales analysis, working with Planning and Merchandising to establish best sellers and presenting findings to the Kids & Baby team in weekly trade meetings or seasonal reviews. - Identified EU specific product needs which may have been missing from the design selection, initiated and managed development of this product and presented the options to global partners such as Japan and the Middle East.- Working closely with Technical teams to fit garments, initial, sealing and pre-production.- Working to target margins and budgets set, negotiating costs and allocating open to buy.- Attending seasonal Design Review trips to San Francisco and Range Review in New York, involving liaison with other markets to align the ranges, and presentation of my final EU range to the European Vice President of Kids & Baby, Planning Director and CEO Gap Europe.- Worked closely with Visual Merchandising to set in-store displays and key outfitting looks for all stores to adhere to.- Monitored production and deliveries against the critical path ensuring timely approvals and delivery, working closely with Distribution to get key product to market sooner, where possible.
