Senior Community Moderator
Current-Maintained a high degree of knowledge and understanding of the project. -Responsible for managing Discord Server: clearing spam, being responsive and helping community members with their questions about the twist and turns of VISPX.- Maintaining a positive atmosphere in the server channels chats, by educating and answering queries of new members eager to learn about the VISPX Ecosystem, in a patient, timely and resourceful manner.-Observe and counter negative talk or FUD as it appears. - Active participation in the community chat communication;*development of the chat, *invitation of new users, *organic growth of members and *indicators of the community engagement activity.-Coordination of events in the server, active involvement in the chat communication; reports and feedback sharing to the Core team of VISPX. - Being well-aware of all the ongoing events and updates and communicate them timely to the members of the local chat.- Coordinating with the technical support team; timely transfer of all the technical issues users face to the technical support teams and following through to ensure user satisfaction.- Suggests ideas and shows initiative to contribute for the benefit of the VispX eco system and the community members in general.
