I manage the social media for Viper, a nightlife app in Manchester, overseeing the posts across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, the Viper Blog and Twitter. As well as creating engaging post content across the social media platforms I also have to utilise key social media trends to keep followers interacting with the accounts - for example, keeping up with trends on Instagram stories including boomerangs, gifs and ‘stickers’.

In addition to that, I also have to make sure that I am prepared with answers to FAQ's that followers may have regarding any events that View My Gig are organising. I have to ensure that the View My Gig social media is a lot more professional than a personal social media account, and tailor the regular daily posts from this.

I am a writer on the Celeb Mix (a celebrity news site) website, where I write articles about the latest celebrity news. This requires me to keep my eye on the latest trending news to ensure that I can update the site as fast as possible with an article. Furthermore, it also requires me to look out for upcoming news articles which wouldn't necessarily trend, but are still worthy of reporting. I have developed my teamwork skills since working with Celeb Mix as high communication in the team is of high importance to ensure duplicate articles are not created.

Fuzzable launched in January 2017 and is primarily a lifestyle website for teenagers, covering relationships, advice, celebrity news, academic tips etc. Upon preparation for the launch in January, as a writer, I had to write various lifestyle blog posts which would be published on the website when launched. As well as writing the posts, I further had to schedule when these would be posted onto the website in the New Year so that the site didn't have a mass amount of posts being uploaded at once. I have already developed a difference sense of writing skills since writing for Fuzzable. Although my own blog is a more informal style of writing, Fuzzable mixes professionalism with friendly chat, so I have learnt how to still remain professional while also adapting my writing to give a more personal feel.

When writing for a magazine, I have developed my writing skills alongside my presentation skills. Writing for a magazine means that I have to ensure that the article isn't too text heavy so that it will entice people into reading the entire feature.
