Early 2019 began my transition back to Vans’ Full Price Division, where I served again as Assistant Manager in Orlando's Florida Mall location until October 2020, when I was again promoted to Store Manager, this time for the Florida Mall location, under my leadership, has generated $3.7 Million annually in sales from 2020-2022.• Oversees a diverse team of seven-floor supervisors, two Assistant Store Managers, and twenty-five Sales Associates• Manages labor, timely processing of shipment, and fully independent inventory events• Builds schedules and analyzes business while utilizing Excel and Workday programs• Performs hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new hires, as well as regular annual training of all store employees• Develops team members in all areas of business and performs recruiting for current and future openings
