Make and complete work orders, Verify all paperwork is completed to CWS standards, Make sure LOTO is used, Insure Maintenance Vehicles are kept stocked and organized, insure field mechanics understand there daily duties, Train and assist mechanics with issues regarding equipment, Delegate projects to mechanics and help plan the daily work detail to be most beneficial to CWS, oversee and inspect jobs insuring standards and procedures are followed, Conduct Safety meetings, Conduct Preventive Maintenance, Research maintenace issues using Internet, manuals, vendors, schematics,etc, assist with constantly improving methods of maintenace practices in order to be more productive and efficient, assist the maintenance manager, coordinate with field supervisors with regards to maintenace of equipment, promotes a harmonies working enviroment
