(Federal Housing Authority) approved – Approved to perform F.H.A. related appraisals which include knowledge of F.H.A. guidelines regarding home inspection: accepted construction methods/materials, setbacks & easement restrictions, etc.• Maintain active license status which requires C.E. continuing education in the field of real estate appraisal.
