Gabe manages a government oversight agency with the responsibility and authority under law to investigate allegations of law enforcement misconduct.

Gabe is a former federal and state prosecutor who practices in the area of business litigation and white collar criminal defense. He counsels and represents clients accused of misconduct and those involved in complex investigations. He also handles general corporate litigation. Gabe has significant litigation experience in both state and federal court. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, he served as a federal prosecutor in Washington, DC for the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division. While in this position, he specialized in leading criminal investigations and prosecutions involving serious federal offenses, including official misconduct, obstruction of justice offenses, conspiracy, and hate crimes. In addition to his career as a federal prosecutor, Gabe served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office where he enforced state criminal law and prosecuted violent crime, property crime, and white collar criminal offenses.
