Responsibilities include working cooperatively with a dedicated staff to provide round-the-clock service to Cox Communications’ internal customers at all locations within the Omaha area, handling everything from installation to repairs to troubleshooting. This position requires not only technological knowledge and expertise, but also strong communications skills, diplomacy and creative thinking to deliver solutions acceptable to all stakeholders. It also requires analytical and strategic thinking, sound judgment and excellent time management. Interfacing with and occasionally traveling to Cox Communications headquarters out of state to carry out essential responsibilities is also required.
