My role within IST involves management of internal day to day operations while continuously working to develop and improve operational efficiency in the company. Additionally, I do field sales for the eastern portion of Ohio. Working alongside education centers to bring industry driven equipment, curriculum, and credentials/certifications to their engineering/manufacturing programs.

Constituent Aide to State Representative Dave Hall. Representative Hall is currently serving his third term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 70th House District, which includes all of Ashland County, as well as portions of Holmes and Medina counties. During the 130th General Assembly Representative Hall served as the Chairman of the House Agriculture and Natural Resource Committee, where I had the opportunity to staff weekly committee meetings. My primary job as Constituent Aid is working directly with the constituents of the 70th District. Providing knowledge, as well as being instrumental in serving as a catalyst between constituents and State Departments. Additionally, daily tasks include answering constituent phone calls and emails, setting up appointments for the Representative, taking appointments on behalf of the Representative, and managing the Representative's calender. During my time as Constituent Aide I have developed strong communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills while assisting with diverse constituent issues.

Managed a skilled team of 8-12 Legislative Pages who completed projects for GOP House members. As Page Resource Center Chief I was responsible for distribution of specific projects and various errands to whom I saw best fit to complete the project in full. I was able to display my leadership and communication skills while managing and delegating tasks to Legislative Pages. This position gave me valuable management experience, as well as additional development to my leadership skills.

As a Page in the House I worked side by side as with skilled group of other young employees who assisted The Ohio House of Representatives in providing aid to constituents of the State of Ohio. Every day tasks include: staffing various House committees and sessions, providing assistance to Legislative Aids in various projects, Microsoft Excel tasks, mass letter mergers, sorting and responding to emails, and every day errand runs for Representatives and their Legislative Aids.
