-Oversee all aspects of the environmental program and reporting to DEQ, EPA and LRAPA. This includes stormwater, air quality and hazardous waste.-Plan, direct, and manage the company industrial hygiene program.-Investigate accidents to identify causes and determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future, including handling worker's comp claims and working closely with our insurance providers.-Develop or maintain hygiene programs, such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, or ventilation surveys.-Training employees on health and safety policies and best practices.-Oversee and help facilitate the monthly safety committee meetings.
