The Ski and Bike Co-op supports Colorado College's bike culture and sustainability initiatives by providing bicycle and ski maintenance education, refurbished bike sales, and monthly events to engage the campus community. My duties as manager include management of nine employees, programming, managing inventory, scheduling, skills training, community outreach, and general communication between the college and the employees.

Learned Rhino 3D modeling and assisted in the office and fabrication shop. In the fabrication shop, prepped parts for assembly, helped with packing large scale sculptures, supported during on-site installations, and learned basic MIG and TIG welding. Observed the approval and funding of large public art projects.

Colorado Springs, Colorado Area

Resident Advisors (RAs), part of the Residence Life & Campus Activities staff, are upper class undergraduate students that live in the campus residence halls. We received extensive training and maintain close contact with the residents. We help maintain safe and affirming spaces; mediate peer-to-peer conflicts; and develop social and educational programming to enhance residence hall living. RAs are often on call for 24 hours at a time.

Shadowed an architect to and from job sites as well as helped create sets of reference photos so that the architects could more efficiently create client presentations.
