I will be traveling to Israel later this month as a part of JNF's Caravan for Democracy (CFD) program. The CFD Student Leadership Mission is a 10-day, fully subsidized educational program for non-Jewish student leaders who have never been to Israel before. This unique mission provides students with the opportunity to explore the Jewish and democratic country of Israel through meetings with political, cultural, and community leaders from diverse backgrounds and faiths.

The Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD’s) National Security Network (NSN) is comprised of nearly 600 bipartisan mid-career national security practitioners who have completed FDD’s National Security Fellows Program (NSFP), Media Fellows Program, the National Security Trip to Israel and/or the Military Trip to Israel. As an intern for NSN, I assisted in the preparation of trips to Israel and planning of events for NSN members. I also had the opportunity to attend exclusive high-level NSN events and roundtable discussions, as well as network with FDD experts and rising mid-career national security practitioners.
