I was invited to give talks at several camps to athletes of different ages in a variety of sports. I had the opportunity to shadow each consultant and learn their unique style. They also were able to shadow me during my 1 on 1 sessions with existing clients, in addition to the sessions I did with teams. The camp culminated in a mental toughness camp I helped develop and carry out with the other intern. Over 4 days, campers learned basic mental skills training through fun activities, stories, and educational sessions.
