I rebuilt the organizations network, created policy documents, forms, databases and processes for various organizational needs, consolidated & cleaned a disparate collection of organizational databases into a Salesforce.com database which I designed, customized, and integrated with the website. Oversaw the administrative side of opening & growing a 7-person office in Washington, DC, travelling to provide support and setup. Oversaw bookkeeping and organizational finances. Hired, trained, and supervised 2 employees. Played a major role in establishing the Immigration Equality Action Fund, the new lobbying arm of the organization, from the ground up.
