• Catalog, categorize, and manage prop, character, and background designs needed for episodes into Filemaker Pro database, creating and adjusting entries from Design Launch through Show Shipment.• Find existing designs in show library as solutions for new episodes. • Process Showrunner-approved designs using Photoshop, exporting them into the appropriate format for other departments, and overseas studio.• Meet with Checkers and Director to prepare for Show Shipment, addressing any concerns, adjustments, or questions to Director's satisfaction before preparing designs and lists for show shipment.• Post-shipment, address all questions or concerns overseas studios may have, and collaborate with artists, Directors, and/or Color Department for solutions.• Occasionally make minor artistic adjustments to designs when deemed necessary, without compromising or significantly altering or adding to the original design created by the artists.

Schedules artists and animators, onto various projects based on capabilities, and project needs. Reaches out and books freelance talent, negotiating rates, coordinating availability, holds, challenges to other studios’ holds, and their day-to-day schedule throughout the duration of their contract, keeping good rapport with talent past and present. Coordinates with HR on booking freelancers for requested time, and handles time off for staff artists. Keeps scheduling software up-to-date, quickly adapting to any unforeseen issues with artists or producer requests, and providing solutions to keep the project on track.

Manages talent in all stages of comic book development. Gathers reference for artistsand writers. Ensures proper continuity of established mythology. Utilizes graphic designskills to create promotional material for web and print. Designs and builds credit pagesand bonus content for comics and graphic novels.

Assigned art team and oversaw production for Aspen Comics’ first all-ages property. Managed creators at all stages of production for a monthly print schedule and trade paperback. Created all-ages puzzles and games included final product.
