About Gabe Damiani

Gabe is a proven executive, entrepreneur, and a believer in a better tomorrow. He has held leadership positions in nonprofits as well as in the food and beverage, Information Technology (IT) and services, telecommunications, and utility industries. He founded iVision in 2004 from the back of his home. The company grew to over $79 million by 2019. In August 2020, after becoming an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, he sold iVision and retired after more than 17 years. In 2021, he started Nuvola Holding Co. with a focus on investing in and building purpose-driven businesses. In 2022, he began laying the groundwork for the holding company’s first investment, Bear Lake Coffee Co. In 2024, Bear Lake Coffee achieved Certified B Corporation status and proudly opened the doors of their first location in Barronett, Wisconsin—a charming community with a population of just 87. They are a pioneering fourth-wave coffeehouse and roastery at the forefront of the coffee industry's shift towards sustainability, technological innovation, and social responsibility.Gabe earned his MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
