National Valuation Consultants, Inc. (NVC) is the largest privately held commercial real estate appraisal company in the United States, with offices in Denver, Princeton, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Chicago, and Tampa. My position is on the Real Estate Advisory Services team, which provides commercial real estate appraisal management services for institutional clients, most notably, Prudential Real Estate Investors. In addition to a significant volume of appraisal review, part of my mandate is to develop new business.

Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services (CIVAS) is a nationwide, full service commercial real estate valuation services company that employs only the best valuation specialists. I was hired as an appraisal trainee when the company was PGP Valuation Inc. (later merged with Colliers). Over time I advanced within the company and eventually became the Managing Director of the company's Dallas valuation office. In 2010, I was recognized as the top sales associate in the company for procuring the highest dollar volume of appraisal work on a national basis.

This was my first appraisal position. Bohannan & Cuervo was a small commercial real estate appraisal shop in Tampa, FL. The principal partners were Robert Bohannan, MAI and Alfred Cuervo, MAI. Tiffanie Pittman was a senior appraiser working there at the time. Lance Ponton was an appraiser trainee that also worked there at the same time.
