Working with the Technology, Product & Change Managers , to keep abreast of key customer requirements, market conditions and trends, including technological advancements, and feed these into strategic thinking.I successfully plan and manage the pipeline and relative priority of demand, develop a vision and deliver on multiple related projects and transformation activities. I am accountable for the delivery of either the project portfolio or programme to time, cost and quality on behalf of the Exec Sponsor and in ensuring that the portfolio of work or programme is delivering the target business value.I am responsible for people management to ensure the continuous development of skills and capability of Partners in Programmes and Projects.

France

- Led market projects, ranging from €400k to €2m, to launch new tire lines or technologies in line with the business strategy- Acted as the linking pin in the project team for new products between development, (test- and product) engineering and the manufacturing sites in Europe.- Led a major development and industrial Project to install tracking devices on all 8 million truck tires by 2017 to manage and optimize the full life cycle of a tire and provide additional services to the end customers. - Involved in developing the annual business plan of the European production sites by identifying the changes, process upgrades required based on the volume forecasted by the supply and marketing teams.- Promoted the A I R (Agile, Innovative, and Responsible) approach within my project team to deliver benefits earlier, reduce tasks redundancy and empower junior members of the team to make decision. -Worked closely with the Efficiency team to analyse and challenge existing project management process, make recommendations and work with the Business Units Directors to integrate solutions to speed up product and service launches to market.

- Involved in business development, technical due diligence and port infrastructures design project in the Middle East (based in Abu Dhabi for 6 months).- Led an engineering team working on the design and construction of new port facilities to support future mining activities in South America.-Tailored the project delivery capability to the maturity level of the organisation I worked for.

-Appointed to lead French team and rescue 2006-2007 Capex programme with a major fuel Retail Company. Managed eight consultants and between 10-20 subcontractors across France. -Successfully repaired faltering relationship with major client in first three months by identifying communication issues as the major problem.-Achieved operational savings exceeding £500k for 2008.-Exceeded three main KPIs that impacted on company performance, namely Cost savings, HSE incidents and Quality performance (Snag reduction).-In 2007 generated €2.7m fee income (13% margin) on completed projects.-Increased team size - Successfully retained Shell €21m Capex programme that included demolition, construction and refurbishment of 80 retail sites ranging from €30k to €4m.- Supported the Project Management Office (PMO) to develop and standardise reporting tools across the European delivery programme
