Must have the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value to the customer.-Develop and deliver accurate and detailed solution designs, bill of materials, and statements of work for designed solutions.-Maintain awareness of industry trends, product roadmaps, vendor programs and campaigns. -Conduct knowledge transfer training to sales organization and customers.-Work collaboratively and build relationships with third party vendors and outside consultants.

Responsible for the executive overview of service delivery organization including project management, service coordination and engineering teams with tasks to include:1. Continual improvement of services organization to work towards a single organization with seamless interaction across geography and time.2. Develop standards to provide the highest level of customer experience from all service delivery team members.3. Create and maintain goals for all service teams that align with corporate and regional goals.4. Continually develop new service offerings as they add value and review existing service offerings to determine their value.5. Educate all stakeholders on service offerings.6. Bridge gaps for service offerings 7. Creation and continual improvement of recruitment strategy for all team members.8. Creation and continual improvement of retention strategy for all team members.9. Continual improvement and synchronization of service delivery processes to include scheduling and project management.10. Re-engineer business processes when/where it offers value to the company.11. Set standards for the creation and storage of customer documentation and deliverables to include securing customer data.12. Develop standards for fiscal responsibility from all team members.13. Work with teams to provide adequate service forecasting and sufficient staffing.14. Create an environment of excellence for engineers and project managers which includes a corporate strategy for training and skills growth.16. Responsible for Campus LAN, design, implementation and maintenance. Includes over 30 buildings on 1000 acres. Copper, fiber and wireless deployments for voice, data and video. LAN supports 350 faculty and staff and 1500 students. Technologies include firewall, IPS, content filtering, Voice, LAN switching, wireless, network access control for both TACACS and 802.1X authentication. Cisco NAC, ISE, wireless LAN controllers, WCS, NCS, Prime, campus switching including 6509 and VSS technology. Data Center switching (Nexus,) Windows Servers and VMWARE.

Responsibilities include LAN/WAN support and server administration. SCO Unix, ethernet and serial networking, WYSE terminals and thermal printers.
