Oversees all Air Force Reserve support to Directorate in developing concepts, architectures, and rapid prototypes for advanced space capabilities to meet priority warfighter needs.

Oversaw Air Force Reserve support to unit executing advanced system prototyping, development and integration of space capabilities.

Oversaw team of 49 Active Duty, Reserve, Guard, and Air Force civil servants conducting Cyber Vulnerability Analysis on Air Force systems.

Oversaw USAF Reserve support to organization conducting research on advanced electro-optics technology for Air Force applications.

Oversees technology transfer, commercialization, economic development, community engagement & outreach, congressional interactions, and marketing & publicity for Directed Energy and Space technology to include direct oversight of the Space Force Accelerators, Hyperspace Challenge (Albuquerque) and Catalyst Space Accelerator (Colorado Springs), focused on connecting the entrepreneurial start-up community to the US Space Force enterprise. Also a cofounder and Strategic Advisor to SpaceWERX (previously Deputy Director), the U.S Space Force’s Commercial Innovation and Venture office. As such, continue to oversee the SpaceWERX Orbital Prime initiative on behalf of the US Space Force aimed at accelerating the global market for In-space Servicing, Assembly and Manufacturing (ISAM) toward developing the Space Force's in-space logistics capability.

Directs the Space Force Accelerator program under AFRL connecting the US Defense Space enterprise to the entrepreneurial start-up community. The program consists of the www.hyperspacechallenge.com in Albuquerque, the www.catalystaccelerator.space in Colorado Springs.

Leads technology transfer, commercialization, and acceleration of AFRL Directed Energy and Spacecraft technology.

Led research and technology development of resilient space electronics.

By name requested to conceptualize and establish SpaceWERX as a shared unit between Space Systems Command and AFWERX (Air Force Research Lab). As such, was assigned as the first Deputy Director. Have since transitioned into a Strategic Advisor role facilitating operations through the AFRL-NM Tech Engagement Office as well as continued strategic oversight of the Orbital Prime program.

Managed test planning projects for MDA's high energy laser programs

Acting Program Manager of the Airborne Laser Testbed/Directed Energy Program Office's advanced technology programs. Managed all aspects of the programs to include system engineering, risk management, program control and directed overall workload for 60+ government & contractor personnel in $150M pathfinder risk reduction & test.

Directed technology demonstration and evaluation for specialized military technology unit relating to space and cyber systems. Directed daily operations for 75 person team conducting USAF, DoD & national agency technology development worth over $20M. Scheduled, planned and executed eight rapid reaction demonstrations and evaluations. Oversaw all aspects of technical planning, analysis, and training.

Commanded nine specialized military test engineers and contractor analysts in planning and conduct of flight and ground demonstration and evaluation activities to include mission planning and operations. Oversaw 13 major demonstration and evaluation programs to include U-2, F-16, F-18, F-15, B-52 and various foreign aircraft. Key test results coordinated with Air Force Major Commands, sister services, intelligence agencies and international customers.

Administrative Command Authority for the Rome Research Site commander; oversaw and supported 80 airmen. Directly led 3 orderly room personnel.

Founded activity to inspire and encourage people to do AWESOME stuff, be Radical and think outside the box.

Directed all activities of $11M multiphase, joint service antenna evaluation using a full-scale representative F-35 test-bed. Led 13 engineers and technicians in the overall execution of the program to include test-bed configuration, development and deployment, test planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Directed all collaboration between Joint Program Office, Lockheed Martin, and user communities.

Commanded 56 Air Force, Army and civilian students as part of the ACE Cyber Security Bootcamp. Directed all program military activities to include overseeing a four person team to assist in the mentorship and administration of the program.

Directed Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center $10M avionics backshop maintenance activity for the B-1, B-52, KC-135, C-5, E-3, E-5 and C-130 aircraft. Also directed stand-up of Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center state-of-the-art B-52 radome measurement facility.
