I have always had a knack for marketing consulting and use it to fill in during periods of transition. I designed and produced exciting projects on a freelance basis between 2017-2018. Those projects ranged from marketing plans, to video marketing pieces, to copywriting and graphic design. Throughout my career, I have always had a dual set of skills that have allowed me to work in a number of combinations and for a plethora of clients/employers.

For DigiDems I have translated the vision of the Executive Vice President into a functional team of direct reports serving to support state-level political races on a variety of IT projects.My duties include being a technical resource to our field operatives, designating projects for them, gathering data from said projects, and reporting to our executive leadership team.

For DigiDems I gave a number of high-level technical skills to a critical political campaign. I provided the following key points of leaderships:IT Security - I was responsible for training, enforcing, and auditing the campaign IT Security issues. Endpoint security, firewall management, network management, and authentication and verification protocols all fell under my purview. IT Management - Evaluated, demonstrated, and supported all aspects of the IT Infrastructure including desktop and cloud-based apps that were mission-critical to the campaign. These included G-Suite administration, and several campaign-specific apps like Team, Hustle, and VAN.Multimedia Production - I also gave my skills and support to the production of video/print/web design to help our campaign win on the digital front.

My duties, originally, were closer to Systems Administration. Within six weeks of hire I was given IT management responsibilities for the Montgomery office. I contributed both up and down the command structure for our environment and supported every part of our infrastructure. A key element of my job was effectively communicating IT concepts both from our engineers to our users and from our users to our engineers in a way that is mutually beneficial.

I served Raycom as a Systems Administrator with a special emphasis on endpoint security. My tasks included overseeing and developing our antivirus and antimalware software, web security, desktop security and general administration.

Since transitioning out of Systems Administration I converted my once secondary role in Graphic Design to a full-time, freelance position. I designed anything and everything with a focus on cutting edge, catching designs for business.I developed logos, web pages, animations and edit photos using Adobe CS for print, multimedia and web applications. I can do it, no matter what 'it' is.

Supporting a 24/7 client/server environ with over 1,500 connected devices and two dozen servers.For Bally’s I supported four major clients, full time, with two more on an as needed basis. Support of these environments included the maintenance of over a thousand client devices, a dozen Windows 2003 servers running Active Directory and intensive support of SQL server 2000. With a full range of hardware, software and networking skills required, I gained a new level of proficiency in high-end, mission critical systems. I supported Cisco network hardware including switches and routers, HP Proliant Server Hardware and a whole host of mechanical/dumb terminal games running a proprietary Linux core.

Multi-billion dollar global corporation support. High-end server to low-end printer and everything in between. For Ledcor Group, I was the regional support rep for our Las Vegas, Reno, Seattle, Tucson, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Dallas and San Antonio offices. My day to day responsibilities included supporting workstations, servers and networking equipment at all of these offices. My specific skills include Windows XP, Server 2003, Citrix 4.0 and 4.5 remote environments, Cisco Systems VPN configuration and support, JD Edwards Accounting Software, Primavera Contract Manager as well as a whole host of other construction/ mining and technically specific software packages. At Ledcor I covered over two hundred users personally and contributed to the support of over five thousand in our enterprise environment. This included extensive use of AD and server specific issues.

EFC Systems is the primary provider of IS for the entire campus of Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. For EFC I worked with end users on day to day issues, maintained and upgraded our server farm and troubleshot issues on our network and infrastructure. With EFC I gained exposure to and familiarity with Bluesocket Enterprise Wi-Fi solution, legacy applications and their support and the breadth of the Microsoft catalogue of software. Our userbase was approximately two hundred full time employees and over two thousand students.

For Lexicom I served in a jack of all trades capacity. My primary focus was on supporting their customers' Windows 2000 servers and Windows XP workstations. Much of my responsibility was in remote administration of these machines using RDP. Additionally I spent a great deal of time supporting their pharmacy specific software application. I supported over seventy servers and a few hundred individual users.

My roles for Logista changed regularly. On two different occasions I served as an onsite Project Manager for Alfa Insurance and fulfilled the roll of a vendor liaison for Logista ensuring the highest level of customer support and IT service.
