As the Managing Partner and Clinical Director of the ABA program at Clinical Care w/ Empower U, I oversee all aspects of programming, training, and assessment for children and families with autism and other developmental disabilities. With over 10 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching.My mission is to provide high-quality, evidence-based, and individualized behavioral services that empower families to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I collaborate with a team of dedicated and qualified behavior analysts, person-centered strategies consultants, direct support professionals, and ensure their ongoing professional development and competency.
