Designed the brand style guide for Dell Gaming, main designer for a wide range of Alienware emails, online & print ads. Concepted video story boards with writers and worked alongside CGI vendors to create videos from beginning to end. Helped design multiple master toolkits for global distribution among internal teams.

Planned out detailed cut lists for entire rooms of homes and businesses. Updated team members of any inconsistencies in wood quality or cuts. Was responsible for sawing cabinetry materials within a 1/64" accuracy.

Responsibilities included multitasking various design projects on tight deadlines. Interacting with clients via email and phone to create best possible solutions for their needs. Collaborated with team in advertising and rebranding projects, designing and coding HTML email campaigns, setting up domains and hosting for client websites, web troubleshooting any visual or technical issues, coding multiple responsive websites from scratch and/or building them on the wordpress CMS. Managed over 40 website databases using MySQL and performed website backups.

Held a managerial role recruiting and interviewing summer camp staff applicants, handling any campsite hazards, making impromptu schedule changes, in charge of disciplinary responsibility over youth misbehavior. Helped organize and lead counselor training weekends, taught archery, canoeing, led high-ropes challenge courses and low-ropes teambuilding exercises. Created precise weekly schedules for all campsite staff and volunteers, sent weekly maintenance requests to maintenance team, received CPR and lifeguard certifications.

Prepared and trained counselors over multiple training weekends before summer. Led high-ropes, low-ropes team exercises, life guarding, managing counselor timeliness and behavior, and event preparation. Led campsite games, skits, ice breakers, and arts and crafts stock. Managed campsite clean-ups weekly and taught kids about snakes and reptiles.

Led cabins of kids ages 9 to 17 each week at summer camp. Managed camper health and well being, organized games, cabin rules, and teamwork.
