Protiviti Technical Support Specialist
- Provide an effective and consistent high-level of technical customer support for over 3,000+ international Protiviti consultants in a timely manner.- Create logs of all incoming calls and e-mails, with clearly documented detail in the Help Desk ticketing system, increasing the efficiency of troubleshooting. - Monitor and responds immediately to security breaches and network outages.- Perform troubleshooting techniques for blackberry’s, laptops, and peripheral devices.- Research technical solutions for computer software & hardware failures. - Create support documentation for the Technical Support Library, allowing users direct access to troubleshooting procedures reducing the overall call volume. - Answer customer inquiries received via telephone, in person, and through electronic correspondence; providing program information, rules, regulations, policy and procedures.- Troubleshoot user problems relating to Operating System issues, LAN and Wireless Network Connectivity, TCP/IP configuration, software upgrades, internal applications, and MS Office.- Perform system upgrades, installation of software, drivers, and peripheral devices.- Configure user rights and permissions on the company network.
