Responsibilities: - Managing 5 project managers and having overall responsibilities of all company projects- Managing projects throughout whole product lifecycle including feasibility, development, series production and discontinuation

Responsibilities:- Managing more than 50 engineers with 6 direct reports and 5 project managers in various fields to develop in-vitro diagnostic laboratory analyzers and reagents as part of the STRATEC SE, Germany- Responsible for new product development, change management and for providing support for existing products- Cooperating with international management of Diatron and STRATEC SE, customers and stakeholders - Responsible for selecting, developing and retaining talents- Develop product roadmap together with Product Management- Plan and monitor resources and budget of Projects - Responsible for regulatory compliant process (ISO 13485, IVDR, 21 CFR 820)Achievements:- Building a new teamMy task was to rebuild the R&D Team without major interruption of supporting existing analyzers and ongoing projects. In less than 1 year we had a well-working development team and all the projects were successfully finished without interruption of production.- Innovative developmentDeveloped several new hematology analyzers including the innovative Aquila analyzer with integrated reagent pack and battery operation. With this analyzer we established a new technology platform for our hematology portfolioWe developed a new hematology analyzer for our major customer in the veterinary market as an OEM product. Managed and developed with my team more than 20 different OEM customization projects contributing to Diatron’s continuous growth.- International teamworkEstablished a new development team to take over the clinical chemistry analyzer development from an external team in Argentina. The transfer was successful and since then with engineers located in Romania we develop new analyzers together.

Responsibilities:- Managing 10 engineers to provide engineering support for ProductionAchievements:- Establishing New ProcessesDiatron entered to the US market thus the company had to implement new processes e.g. Change Management. We successfully established new regulatory compliant processes together with the management and since than we have 4 FDA approved product in the US market and passed 2 FDA and numerous CE and customer audits.- Engineering support of Production TransferWe gave engineering support to transfer the production of 4 clinical chemistry analyzer’s production from Argentina to Hungary from a newly acquired company.
