The primary duty of my position is to manage the brand’s Certified Training Restaurant program for a market of 50+ franchise and company owned restaurant locations. In this position, I am in charge of ensuring that all Certified Training Restaurants within my market are adhering to brand standards and maintaining CTR requirements. In addition to my primary role, I also am a core member of our brand’s product development team, coordinating and executing the culinary preparation of new products and innovations. I also manage the product development project timelines and serve as a liaison between departments to ensure a smooth rollout.

My position allows me the opportunity to take part in New Restaurant Openings and train new team members on our brand’s culture as well as their position within the restaurant (prep, sandwich line, or front of house). I also train new franchise owners and managers as a part of the Owner Manager Training.
