👋 Hi! I'm Gabija, a senior at Minerva University. After gathering experience in 8 countries around the world, I have settled down in California and am currently seeking full-time opportunities in finance, consulting, and impact evaluation, where I can apply my analytical and strategic skills to help organizations solve complex problems and drive sustainable growth. I am especially keen to learn more about ESG consulting and entrepreneurship success stories - let's connect!🌎 Born and raised in Lithuania, over the past 4 years I have lived in the US, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Argentina, England, and Germany, where I attained a deep understanding of global finance and consulting challenges, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and think critically in any environment or new team. Along with my studies, I have been working as a Student Finance Advisor, adding to my past experience in project finance management, private equity, accounting, and market research fields. 🫶 During my internships and academic projects, I’ve led initiatives on gender allyship in South Korea, supported a refugee organization in the UK and a social enterprise in India, and worked on a female entrepreneur startup incubator in Argentina. My hands-on experience in diverse cultural environments has given me unique insights into how to drive social and economic change. I hold DEIB as values close to my heart and an expected standard in every team. 💡 I am currently the vice president of the World Lithuanian Student Organization and an active member of Financial Women of San Francisco. I have always been passionate about bringing new ideas to life through various NGOs and volunteer work. In high school, I was the president of the Kaunas Interact Club, organizing and leading multiple community events, as well as an active debate club member. Apart from work and education, traveling and fashion design have a special place in my heart.
