An entrepreneur, creator, future architect, and alchemist of meaning.As a leader with over three decades of experience in business and education, I co-founded SMK College of Applied Sciences in 1994, a pioneering higher education institution in Klaipėda, Lithuania. I remain a Chancellor at SMK, whose students and researchers continue to generate new ideas and knowledge to keep pace with an ever-changing technological and sociological landscape.In addition to SMK, I am the owner and Chancellor at Kazimiero Simonavičiaus University (KSU) as well as Director at International Business and Law High School, both in Vilnius. Through my leadership these institutions have provided effective private alternatives in Lithuania’s growing education sector.I also serve as President of the Confederation of Lithuanian Non-State Education, an organization dedicated to raising the quality, efficiency, and availability of non-state educational institutions and promoting their cooperation with each other and with Lithuania’s public officials.I have crafted and launched numerous businesses, ensuring they not only thrive economically but also foster a meaningful impact on society. For example, I have also pioneered inventive solutions through ventures like VibeLift and OtterDrop, aligning technological advancements with human-centric design and utility. Her startup portfolio is diverse and includes companies specializing in cosmetics, nutrition and diet, health and wellness, and creative business incubation. In 2021, I founded Synergetica Educational Group, a global network of educational institutions committed to elevating humanity to its highest potential and creating a better world amidst rapid change, challenges, and technological advancements. Synergetica has been expanding rapidly and in 2024 added Vilnius Business School to its membership.Known as the Alchemist of Meaning, my own groundbreaking doctoral research at ISM University unlocked the secrets of turning mundane tasks into meaningful endeavors, ensuring work isn’t just a mechanical process but a journey of significance and fulfillment.During my career journey, I worked and studied everywhere from Lithuania to Scandinavia to Silicon Valley.
