I’m a creative director and a brand designer. For over 16 years I have been working with companies in tech and fashion. I help them craft a language - visual, verbal, and aesthetic - they can use to tell their own stories.

I was invited to join Stonly to build a design team, refresh Branding and create Brand Strategy. When I joined the company, they had simple branding based on a logo and a simple colour palette. I created a dedicated workshop that I conducted with stakeholders, as a result of which we determined the brand's direction. Based on my findings, I developed the brand strategy that was the basis for rebranding and tone of voice. I hired a highly qualified designer and copywriter. I started working with the team on concepts for change.As a result of my work, the team could work according to specific guidelines on changes and build strong and relevant communication.

In 2012 I was invited by Jakub Krzych and Łukasz Kostka, respectively, CEO and CTO of Estimote, to create a concept for branding and designs for their new startup from scratch. They only had a pitch deck in Arial with the name CuckooCloud. The brief was to create strong branding for a completely new product on the market that would explain complex and pioneer technology in a simple and accessible way. I teamed up with Olga Dąbrowska, who is an Industrial Designer. Three teams of designers took part in the competition. We created 3 strong conceptions, and ours, the one with the very recognisable stones, won.While at Estimote, I developed the brand strategy, visual identity and storytelling. I was part of the team responsible for creating products (beacons, web and mobile apps). I also designed the packaging and print materials and produced and art-directed photo shoots, promo and tutorial videos. I designed icons, illustrations and animations. I mentored junior designers and was responsible for working with all teams on consistency and new ideas that kept Estimote Brand coherent. As a result of my work, I left detailed Brand Guidelines that were successfully used by many teams (Design, UX, Business, HR).The goal was achieved, and we successfully built a recognisable international brand for the pioneer product still used as an archetype for beacons. It was mentioned in many articles in tech and design-related magazines like Wired, Fastcodesign polish f5 and Futu Magazine. We also won a prestigious design award, MUST HAVE, in 2014 for Beacons. Estimote is one of the most recognisable Polish startups.

At Nomad, I was responsible for product design, branding, website and packaging. Also, we coordinated production.Nomad is a brand of things that over buying and gathering prefer using. Key product is Bookcase - 45x that can be built and rebuilt, and changed as you need. Independent modules are joined together with metal fasteners designed to make multiple configurations possible.
