Gabin is an Energy & Infrastructure senior lawyer based in ASAFO & CO.'s Paris office with a focus on natural resources and Africa. He advises sponsors, governments and state-owned entities on corporate, commercial and regulatory aspects specific to the mining, oil & gas and energy sectors.His practice focuses on the structuring and auditing of projects in transaction or litigation contexts, as well as on the negotiation of the various agreements related thereto.Gabin has strong experience in bauxite, copper, cobalt, gold and iron ore projects across Sub-Sahara African States members of the OHADA.
