After my 3 month Internship, I have officially joined the team full-time as an Assistant Account Executive. Some of my responsibilities can include assisting in researching industry trends, competitive analysis, and market insights to inform strategic decisions. As well as, helping in developing comprehensive marketing strategies based on client goals and market insights.

Coordinate personnel and logistics for public events. Manage the schedule of cheer personnel for 3 major sports. Oversee game-day operations for 4 major sports. Instruct athletes on fundamentals of donor outreach through suite walk.

Organize and update member information in customerdatabases such as Hubspot and Netsuite. Plan, organize, and execute national conferencematerials. Perform various tasks vital to office operations.

Responsible for the organization and maintaining of legal files for hundreds of members. Helping update files electronically as well as hard copies.

De-escalate problematic customer concerns, while maintaining a calm, and friendly demeanor. Delivered fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service for routine questions and complaints. Utilized active listening and communication skills to address customer inquiries and escalate issues to a supervisor.
