The "factory" acts primarily as an incubation and laboratory space for works that are in dialogue with the physical, social, and cultural space of New York City. For Flux's new space, an 8,000 square foot, three story converted greeting card factory in Long Island City, Queens, Gabi provided space planning, interior design, and project management services.
