Artistic Administrator
Current-Draft and track contracts with union artists from AEA, USA, and SDC. -Manage artist onboarding, payments, weekly AEA reporting, and union-related issues. -Perform fiscal management tasks, including artistic expense tracking, forecasting, and assisting with departmental budgeting. -Support an active and involved Board of Directors, including coordinating and supervising the preparation and setup for meetings as needed. -Maintain accurate archival files for all artist contracts, seasonal information, and department financials.Assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily tasks, such as correspondence, travel arrangements, and reporting.-Function as an active member of the company management team, including on-call duties, travel arrangements, and support for housing and local transportation planning/booking.-Proofread marketing materials to ensure compliance with artist and licensing agreements, including the season program, show programs, and show collateral.-Plan and execute in-house company social functions, including staff appreciation events, meet-and-greets, and going away/retirement parties.
