Assumed the role of Service Leader in May 2012 of the Men's, Kids and Home divisions during the transformation of the organization. Served as the stores credit acquisition champion in 2012 producing a 109% result to company goal. Led the Energy Management controls for the building in 2010 overseeing the transformation to remote offsite monitoring of heating and lighting controls. Last formal review was Superior.

Launched the successful opening of a new retail store in Redmond, Wa. Monitored construction/remodel of the existing building to achieve the Grand Opening on-time. Ranked as the #1 store in the nation for sales in the first full month of operation. Trained and retained only the best performers required to be profitable. Developed design and merchandising techniques required to consult on single family floor plans and retail sales environments.

Auburn, Wa

Led an experienced team in the sales and development of homes and property throughout western Washington. Interacted with customers, lenders and government permitting agencies to achieve the most efficient placement of families in their new homes. Developed extensive overall knowledge of procedures, planning and construction. Worked with multiple general contractors and superintendants to see projects completed in a timely manner.
