SEI is a business strategy and technology consulting firm committed to delivering consistent results and building collaborative partnerships. Founded in Cincinnati in 1992, SEI had grown to employ over 500 consultants across the United States.As a tech enablement consultant, I helped organizations enhance their software, tools, and methodologies. My responsibilities ranged from assessing client needs to designing new architectures and engaging in hands-on keyboard development. My primary objectives were to enhance efficiency, robustness, and overall practices, ensuring that software not only supported but also drove organizational success.

Co-Led the Serverless Miami meetup, with Marcelo Olivas, with the goal of educating our community on serverless best practices and pitfalls. We focused on architecture, tools, patterns, and frameworks, mainly the Serverless framework. I also used it as an opportunity to enhance my public speaking skills and push myself out of my comfort zone.

Co-founded a company in the aftermarket aviation space. The main tool we built was a sourcing and procurement platform for aircraft parts; mainly CFM family of engine parts. In this role I was responsible for the entirety of the tech stack - architecture, development and deployment of our web applications. Managed work and sprints related to tech and outsourced contract engineers. I also co-led product and roadmap prioritization. I also assisted in creatively trying to automate outbound sales processes. Managed to get the platform to 100+ companies, but struggled to find product-market fit.
