Project Manager
Current• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and monitor costs;• Prepare the budget and the cash flow of the project for the final contracts in accordance with the submitted proposal, with the beneficiary's comments and with the activities planned to be carried out within the project, ensuring the resources necessary for its proper development;• Effectively communicate with the Sales and Lighting Design Team to ensure the timely release and update of light design information and other documentation;• Coordinating and supervising workers team;• Oversee in time the progress achieved towards the proposed objectives and draws up daily/monthly reports to stakeholders, partners and beneficiary, respecting the data provided in contracts;• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;• Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork;• Maintaining quality control procedures;• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that come up;• Assessing and minimizing risk;• Responsible for the co-ordination and control of the project from the design stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client;• Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraint;• Motivates the project team by communication and by the permanent evaluation of the direct subordinates;• Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays;• Requisition all materials, and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the client’s schedule;• Plan and monitor the use of the budget allocated to the project, periodically forecasting and controlling the expenses;
