Leader of the QA department of XAPT Hungary EQ division. The division provides ERP solution for Heavy Equipment dealers on top of Microsoft Dynamics AX by providing special custom package developed for their needs. Developing a team of Testing specialists located in Debrecen, Hungary (the unique location of testing specialists of IT developments at National Instruments). The team was originally covered regression tests and started up on using UI Based Test Automation. I was consultant at Nokia IT responsible to manage testing part of several projects and programs (including 3rd highest ranked program of Nokia)- Designing and documenting Test Process, Tests and Quality Assurance of projects (1-3 projects depending on project size)- Monitor and control test execution- Quality analysis and planning metrics- Test reporting- Coordination of the testing team’s work with the project (performance, automation and manual test groups)

Project was taken over 9 months after start with several places having challenges on delivery of expected results. Improving on few key areas (mostly on communication and testing) project went back on track and get delivered on the original deadline.- Project management of accessories (display and input devices) of Nokia 610 and 810 mobile phones designed for car use- Multisite development: central unit designed at Nokia Bochum Germany, display and input devices developed at Espoo Finland, tests executed at Salo and Turku Finland
