As a technology developer I am responsible for silicone-based packaging and sealing technologies for ECUs and high-power applications for e-mobility. My activities covering requirement collection, material selection, characterisation, validation and also coordinating the above tasks; defining processing parameters and process description for high volume production. Apart from the above, I also deal with mechanical, thermomechanical and rheological characterization of various polymers, mostly thermosetting ones.

As a stencil production engineer I am responsible for receiving orders; performing the necessary CAD design, prepare CAM data for laser cutting; coordinate daily production and dispatch; have to manage the customer complaints.CAD design of stencils covers: general aperture reduction for reflow soldering, glue stencils and aperture modification for PIP components.I am responsible for keeping up to date our technology guidelines.
