My tasks include:- conducting demand assessments- writing technical specifications for backend and frontend developments- validating developments- supporting operation by incident analysis and monitoring the daily load- root cause analysis of inaccuracies in the datalake using rule-based KPIs and anomaly detection models- acting as a "bridge" between business and developers

- conducted NLP of email texts in Python- built predictive classifiers (Elastic net, Naive Bayes, XGBoost, SVM) in R

- carried out a cost-benefit analysis of a Housing First programme in Bratislava- evaluated active labour market policies using administrative data and quasi-experimental methods

- managed various international research projects in the V4 region- conducted qualitative research

- collaborated on the creation of DEREX Index

- compiled labour market statistics
