My responsibilities are to manage all warehousing, customer service, production planning and procurement related tasks and employees at a multinational injection moulding Company. Improving and creating procedures, leading projects, preparation and implementation of investments.

My responsibilities are to coordinate the work of planners and buyers considering Customer requirements, managing inventory level with warehouses, supporting Production. Coordinating sourcing strategies with Program Management and Customers. To develop and maintain supplier relationships, manage the communication with them. Monitoring the material availability required to production, defining and following up actions in case of issues and initiating escalations if necessary. Participate in meetings and cooperate on daily basis with other departments, Customers, Suppliers and Forwarders.

My responsibilities are planning production on all level (SMT, MI, TLA), working with procurement team on material availability, customer care, demand management and on time delivery organization.

My responsibilities were dealing with over twenty suppliers, purchasing, inventory adjustment, transport organizing, complaint handling, asking for quotations, new product introduction. Dealing with customs and cooperation with our warehouses, sales and accounting department.
