- Part of the Global Events Team I am responsible for supporting the execution and management of global events, including webinars, conferences, and corporate engagements. - Partner with brand teams and event stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-profile virtual and in-person events.- Initiate global sponsorships while ensuring compliance with Sanofi policies and EFPIA guidelines.- Coordinate with Professional Congress Organizers (PCOs) to ensure smooth event execution.- Manage events in alignment with global policies.

HCP Training & Education, Contract & Event Management - End-to end Event and Learning Support Coordination - F2F Event and Training Support - Learning and Compliance Processing & Reporting- BCS/Compliance & Reporting- Coordinate with Sales Reps throughout the events and training- Provide first-line of support to Business Units and sales representatives- Coordinate and initiate internal & external Events and Trainings.- Manage Meeting Requests - Review and calculate budget - Review and select vendors for events, initiating new vendor creations- Logistics arrangements for participants, lodging, travel arrangements.- Assist Business Units in nomination and approval process- Review, prepare event e-mails and invitation/notification letters for HCP’s- Manage and prepare events including event materials- Preparation of Agreements with HCP’s and Hospitals- Manage all processing & compliance related duties to HCP/HCO services & contracts- Processing Grants & Donations - Manage sponsorship requests, preparation of contracts and cooperation with PCOs- Manage HCP invoicing, payment handling for faculties and HCOs.

Organisational support of virtual and face-to-face international medical conferences.- Support on internal software- Database management- Individual international participants and speakers management- Official communication handling, registration, accommodation and transfer management - Customer service duties, managing event mailbox and telephone. - Technical assistance for speakers and participants during virtual events- Invoicing and payment handling- Scientific program management, visual creation and handling updates- Event website management, managing registration site, web page contents creation and updates - Social program management, content creation on webpage - Marketing and promotion duties, newsletter content creation, editing and cross-promotion- On site event management, assisting and coordinating participants and speakers, ensuring scientific presentation materials are ready for each session

- Providing professional front line customer service to passengers while following ground operation policies and procedures of the given airline- Help passengers who missed a flight and get them to their destination as quickly as possible- To ensure that passengers are aware of their baggage allowance and the policy of the airline- Finding solutions to various difficult situation within the shortest possible time- Assisting passengers and organise their transportation and accommodation during flight disruptions- To resolve passenger issues and work with specific carrier systems to address individual passenger needs in a sensitive environment- To collaborate with the Gate team to ensure passenger information is processed accurately and flights are sent out on time- To communicate with the airline’s ground operation control and immigration department.- To ensure that end of the day sales reports are handled and administrated accordingly
