Prior to founding Helix, I was a partner at Clarity Consulting for 11 years. It was during this period that I developed my leadership skills, gaining valuable insights into the consulting industry and the management of a consulting firm from my colleagues. Over the course of these 11 years, Clarity has evolved from a fledgling start-up to become one of Hungary's foremost management consultancies. My primary responsibility was to develop the business and increase the company's knowledge base. In business development, I have primarily worked in the financial institutions sector, managing several account development projects for clients such as Raifaisien Bank, KELER, and MKB. I have also worked with clients in the government and energy sectors. Under my management, these clients generated revenues of €600,000–€900,000 for Clarity annually.

I started my career as a counsellor at AAM Consulting Ltd. I joined the company immediately after its foundation as a junior consultant.During my time here, I learned the basics of consulting - humility in professionalism, a client-centric approach, thorough and accurate work, structured thinking and the ability to learn quickly.In addition to learning the profession, the years spent here have also given birth to long-lasting professional and human relationships.

My first job was in sales. I worked as a product manager for Akzo Nobel, a multinational chemical company in Hungary. My job was to introduce the Sadolin wood preservative product line in Hungary, to take care of the marketing tasks related to the introduction and to prepare and implement the specific sales strategy. During my years here, I had the opportunity to work with great Swedish, Dutch and Danish colleagues, from whom I learned openness, acceptance and broad-minded thinking. In addition to retail sales, I was also responsible for the sale and launch of Akzo Nobel's wood coatings for industry.
