- Assist in servicing the 53rd session and related meetings of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) as well as in the preparations for the 19th session of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ). - Prepare the summary of resolutions and decisions adopted by the Commission. - Assist with research as required, including scrutinizing and summarizing the resolutions of legislative bodies.- Write reports concerning public health and political situation in different areas.- Review data specific to drug users, particularly injecting drug users, prisoners, potential and actual victims of human trafficking. - Create a data base of UNODC HIV project agreements and collect information on reporting obligations. - Create, design and update the HIV/AIDS submenus of the UNODC webpage.

- Provide support in integration of the foreign students participating in the Erasmus Programme ( European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility for students). - Interpret between foreign students and Hungarian authorities (i.e. in police stations, hospitals, post offices, immigration offices etc.). - Welcome professors from different partner-institutions and present them the student life of the university and city.- Organize the program and provide all of the necessary information for foreign students during the 6th Balassi-Kodolányi Summer University. - Follow up with administrative work regarding the whole session, such as creating questionnaires, statistics or making materials and other hand outs for students.
