Leading the Purchasing and Logistics department at a contract manufacturing company with 2 main divison: sheet metal processing (2 sites) and final assembly: Inside sales representative team, Purchasing team (sourcing&operational), Warehouses. Direct staff ~40 people.Also key account manager for two big customer (4 mill €+ /year) including business development activities and negotiation for the running business in corporate level.Inside sales representative team (7 person – with team leader): Daily contact with the customers, from order to delivery management, ERP implementing (order handling, shipping, billing).Elimination and prepare negotiations with forwarding, logistics partners.Purchasing team (16 people – with team leader): Strategic and operational. Yearly budget is more than 20 million EUR for steel raw materials , fasteners, powder coatings, packaging materials, electrical components, injection molded, PCBA, cables, extruded, MRO materials, CNC machining, CNC turning, CNC milling, surface treatment, etc. Managing 400+ suppliers worldwide and 5000+ part numbers.Leadership of 4 warehouses with team leader (2 for raw material and commercial goods, semi finished products, finished products). 14 people. Total area ~2500 m2. – Full planning of the new warehouses, planning and implementing barcode system. (online connection to/from ERP system)Coordinating/directing/overseeing of the activity of 2 + 2 customs administrator and assistants.Tier 2 supplier, experience at ISO TS.

Same responsibility as Purchasing and Logistics manager but without the inside sales representative team.

Coordinating the Process Improvement and efficiency increasing project as the company representative/responsible. Working together with external consultant company (3 people) Production process and organization development based on Lean concepts/principals with using some elements of Lean toolset (Kaizen; 5S; Standardization; Value stream mapping; etc.)
