After a decade in the Technology division, I seized an opportunity in early 2022 to transition into HR Data & Analytics. My mission was to grow the team and introduce new functions, including data governance and data management, within the Budapest office.From autumn 2022 to summer 2023, I led the local HR Data Governance function. I established the team and its structure, successfully relocating the function to Budapest. During this time, I implemented tools like Jira and developed procedures to track and manage team activities. Additionally, I initiated the teamwork on Firm policy compliance and laid the foundation for data quality measurements.In summer 2023, I embraced a new challenge: to (re)build and implement the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team and function, supporting IT product and project delivery as part of a multi-year HR modernization effort. Shortly after assuming this role, I successfully completed UAT activities for the new HR CRM tool, which went live in autumn 2023. Concurrently, I recruited and built the UAT team, established internal operating procedures, introduced tooling, and launched test automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks. The team now supports multiple HR projects.
