In a small group I was the new service engineer for Millipore lab water purification systems all around in Hungary. PM and validation training helped me to serve our very special customer. Lot of pharmaceutical companies use this kind of system. The verification and validation is very important to these companies and they were satisfied with my work.

The hematology reagent production factory worked and my previous job was boring.I spent too much time at my desk and I wonted to go back for the field service engineering.I found a small company which was the distributor of AnalytikJena products. The product range: AAS, UV/VIS, AOX, TOC, EA and antioxydant analyzer, etc.This representation inherited by this company. The previous distributor was a number of errors committed one-man company. My task was to rebuild contacts with customers and help them to satisfy their own devices again.In this period I went seven times to Jena for sevice training.

The factory developed at Reagent Ltd. was acquired by Diatron. We've got a very large production volume of reagent. Just 10 month later we started the production a 25,000 litre tank.There was a plan to found a full automatized and remote controlled factory in Nigeria. Unfortunately this project not realized due to a political decision.Finally the monthly production capacity tenfold compared to the original design.My daily task was only to provide the ordered goods manufacturing and procure the raw materials.The challenge was over...

A well known company invited me as a production manager for three employers.It was small manufacture monthly we produced up to 10,000 litre of hematology and immunology reagents.Few month later the company bought a new building and my task was to develop a new factory with a new techology. I've got "free hands" for improve a long term system. High capacity RO water purification system provided for a stable quality of deionized water. A 3,000 liter buffer tank received the produced water. In working time continuously and the rest time frequently circulated this amount of water through a filter, an UV disinfection station and pressurized for several terminal. The start/stop system driven by an UNITRONICS OPLC and an ultrasound level sensor. The OPLC also maintain the production phases up to 8 different tank. The unique programm wrote by myself as the tasks increased. After few months the alone realized plant capacity was triplicated, and this facility was interested in a large hematology analyzer manufacturer, called Diatron.Diatron later acquired this part of Reagens Ltd. with all my colleagues, altogether 8 employees.

When the Elmedco's major owner closed the company the rest part owner inluded me, established this privat company. We contiued the previous serving of the Instrumentation Laboratory, Coulter equipment. We worked up contact with ERBA Mannheim and Antiseptica.There I was the system administrator for building a small intranet.In mean time I have started producing reagents for flame photometer, blood gas analyzer and hematology analyzer as a manufacturer with a chemists who passed the production right of his solution.

In this 12 years my responsibility was to be a leader of the service department.6 service engineers, more than 70 account, nearly 300 instrument, 85% service contract.We were the hungarian distributor of the following international companies: Instrumentation Laboratory (clinical laboratory equipment), Coulter (hematology analyzer, flow cytometer), and others.My task was to maintain the contrats managing of the daily work, follow the preventive maintenance scheduling and handle the spare part store.Our company was one of the three largest firm in the hungarian market.Unfortunately, today, this company no longer exists.

At the beginning my responsibilty was to work on a semiautomatized milk sterilizing instrument for producing several creamery products as yoghurt and long life milk. In mean time I fell in love with electrinics and I started to studying it and I changed my status to maintaner.
