I conduct a wide range of quantitative research and policy analysis to inform the Mayor's housing policy and strategy.

Produced original data-driven research, including the State of the Profession Report. Served as the RTPI's Housing Expert, keeping track of housing data and policy developments.Contributed to shaping RTPI communications and policy objectives, supporting lobbying efforts and operation as a learned society. Commissioned and managed research projects. Liaised with stakeholders and represented the RTPI at professional events. Presented work at conferences. Worked with membership, education and events providing data analysis services for Business Intelligence.

Streamlined and automated data processing pipelines using Python and Excel. Cleaned and processed external data (opinion polling, financial services APIs). Improved in-house data engineering solutions and the storage of archived data. Managed live databases of financial products and providers. Directed and applied quality control to the output of three co-workers. Interacted with clients, explaining technical and methodological issues in plain language.

Completed a two-summer internship. I created a new statistical model for analysing Hungarian immigration to the United Kingdom in the 2010s and built a comprehensive database on the topic based on ONS and other data sources; and worked on collecting data for the National Atlas of Hungary project, building up a novel database on historical urban development in the Kingdom of Hungary and modern Hungary.
