My main tasks are: incident handling and categorizing, keeping contact with customers, providers and relevant departments, application monitoring, ensuring high-level availability solutions, solving simple service requests for the customers.

As part of a transition project our company took over more than 2000 servers from a foreign company. As a team member I was working on project-preparation in various areas like procurement of application and server documents, configuration item creating and updating in CMDB... etc.
