I was working with fantastic teams, at a pretty good company.It was quite good, that I could train two smart scrum masters, who are eager for knowledge.I was responsible for 2 to 7 teams effectiveness (and everything else, which is important for them), and I was always about to reduce the company's potential wastings.

We started a new mobile-development division at the company, where we developed native Android, iOS and Windows Phone applications and we used the SCRUM-framework to improve our work.

Designing and developing J2EE applications for banking applications.
